1. Who we are

ArtFrame is an independent Android application that helps players recognize on-screen items and look up Warframe-related information and prices. ArtFrame is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or operated by Digital Extremes, Warframe.Market, or any other service mentioned in this policy.

2. Data we access and why

Warframe.Market account. If you choose to connect your account, ArtFrame opens the official Warframe.Market website in a WebView. Your password is entered directly on that website and is not read or stored by ArtFrame. After you sign in, and only when you tap “CONNECT ACCOUNT,” the app accesses the JWT session cookie to retrieve your username and allow you to view, create, and delete your own listings. ArtFrame does not download or store your profile picture.

Camera and screen capture. The camera is used only when you start the scanner. Screen projection is used only after ArtFrame explains the feature and you authorize it through Android. Captured frames are processed locally for text recognition only when you initiate a scan. Temporary camera photos remain in cache only during processing and are deleted afterward. ArtFrame does not send camera images or screenshots to the developer, Warframe.Market, Google Mobile Ads, or other advertising services.

Recognized text and items. Text recognition runs locally through ML Kit. Names or identifiers of recognized items may be used in requests to the services listed below to retrieve prices, images, and game information.

Inventory, settings, and cache. Items added to inventory, ignored items, app preferences, subscription status, and item databases are stored locally on the device. ArtFrame caches public game data to reduce requests and remain useful during temporary network failures.

Advertising. When ads are permitted, Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, inferred approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostic data according to the applicable consent and settings. ArtFrame requests any required consent before initiating ad requests and provides privacy controls when required.

Purchases. Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. Google may process account, payment, purchase, and device data under its own policy. ArtFrame receives the product identifier, purchase status, and purchase token required to recognize the subscription; it does not receive complete card details.

Technical data. External services receive standard connection data such as IP address, date and time, app version, User-Agent, and information required to respond. ArtFrame does not integrate its own behavioral analytics or remote crash-reporting service.

3. External services and sharing

ArtFrame does not sell personal data. Data is transmitted only to provide features requested by the user or through the advertising and purchase SDKs described in this policy.

Services include Warframe.Market for sign-in, prices and listing management; WarframeStat.us and its CDN for public game state and images; the official Warframe Wiki and WFCD repository for public item information; and Google services including ML Kit, User Messaging Platform, Mobile Ads, and Play Billing for local OCR, consent, advertising, and purchases. Each provider also processes data under its own terms and policies.

4. Legal basis and user control

Access to the JWT occurs only after a prominent notice and affirmative user action. Camera, overlay, and screen projection depend on disclosures, Android permissions, and confirmations. Personalized advertising is controlled through the applicable consent form. You may decline optional features, although the related function may then be unavailable.

5. Storage and security

The JWT and connected username are kept in Android private encrypted storage and excluded from Android backup and device transfer. The token is not placed on the clipboard, written to logs, or returned in Activity results. WebView cookies are removed when sign-in ends. Network communications use HTTPS, and the app does not permit cleartext HTTP traffic.

No system is completely immune to failure. Protect your device with a screen lock. If you believe a token has been compromised, disconnect the account in ArtFrame and end the relevant Warframe.Market sessions.

6. Retention and deletion

The JWT and username remain on the device until you choose Disconnect, the token is rejected, or app data is cleared. Disconnecting deletes these values from ArtFrame but does not delete your Warframe.Market account or listings.

Temporary camera photos are deleted after processing. Overlay captures are processed in memory and discarded. Inventory, preferences, and local databases remain until removed by the user, cleared in Android settings, or deleted when the app is uninstalled. ArtFrame does not create its own user account or maintain a server containing user profiles.

7. Privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or review. Because most ArtFrame data remains on your device, you can control it by disconnecting your account, deleting items, clearing Android app data, or uninstalling. Requests concerning third-party data must be directed to the relevant provider.

8. Children and minors

ArtFrame is not directed to children and does not knowingly seek to collect children’s data. Anyone without legal capacity may use the app only with authorization and supervision from a legal guardian and in accordance with the age requirements of external services.

9. International transfers

External services may process data in other countries. In those cases, the safeguards and policies of the relevant providers apply together with applicable data-protection law.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated when the app, its SDKs, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated in the app or on this page. The effective date identifies the current version.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using ArtFrame, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Anyone without legal capacity may use ArtFrame only with authorization from a legal guardian.

2. Purpose of the app

ArtFrame is an independent tool for item recognition, information and price lookup, inventory organization, and, when authorized by the user, management of Warframe.Market listings. The app does not conduct in-game trades, guarantee transactions, or represent Digital Extremes or Warframe.Market.

3. Third-party services and accounts

Some features depend on Warframe.Market, WarframeStat.us, Google Play, and other external services. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms, rules, availability, and decisions. ArtFrame does not request or store your Warframe.Market password. A connected session token is used only for operations you request, and you may disconnect at any time.

4. Permitted use

You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use ArtFrame on a compatible device for lawful purposes. You must not use ArtFrame for fraud, harassment, market manipulation, infringement, API abuse, automated trading, spam, security bypass, or interference with external services.

5. Advertising, subscriptions, and payments

The free version may display ads. A subscription may remove ads and unlock the benefit described on the purchase screen. The screen displays the localized price and billing period supplied by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through Google Play. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Pricing, billing, cancellation, restoration, and refunds are processed by Google Play and applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Information, prices, and results

Prices, inventories, cycles, events, and other information may come from recognition, cached data, and external services and can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Confirm every price, quantity, category, rank, condition, and listing action before completing a transaction.

7. Availability and changes

The app is provided as available. Features may change, be suspended, or stop working because of maintenance, Android updates, API changes, third-party restrictions, or security requirements. Continuous operation is not guaranteed.

8. Intellectual property and trademarks

ArtFrame and its proprietary components are protected by applicable law. Third-party names, marks, images, and content remain the property of their respective owners. References identify interoperability and related content and do not imply affiliation.

9. Privacy and permissions

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Camera, overlay, screen projection, sign-in, personalized advertising, and other sensitive capabilities are used only after the disclosures, permissions, and choices shown by ArtFrame or Android.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using ArtFrame at any time by disconnecting the account and uninstalling. Access to features may be suspended for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or restrictions imposed by external services.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the person responsible for ArtFrame is not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities, loss of data, third-party unavailability, OCR errors, or consequences of user-confirmed transactions. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the app, external services, or law. Material changes will be communicated in the app or on this page. Renewed consent will be requested when required.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Brazil without excluding mandatory consumer-protection and personal-data rules. Disputes will be submitted to the court determined under applicable law.
